wedding happen smoothly. Hindu marriage dates or Muhurat dates are calculated with the help
of Panchang Shuddhi. In India, before the wedding takes place, the parents of the couple
consult the pandits to match the kundalis of the couple and finalize the date accordingly. This
is made to ensure that all the activities finish smoothly.
You may know exactly the kind of lehenga you’re going to wear, the purse you’re going to carry,

1. January 2020
The first month of the year has 8 auspicious days. Most auspicious dates in January
2020 are 15th, 16th, 17th, 18th, 20th, 29th, 30th & 31st.
2. February 2020
February is anyways known as the month of love. So, why wait? A list of dates is
available this month but sadly Valentine’s day is not on the list. Most auspicious dates
in February 2020 are 3rd, 9th, 10th, 11th, 16th, 18th, 25th, 26th
3. March 2020
The most auspicious days in the month of march are available in the very beginning and
those are: 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 8th, 11th & 12th
4. April 2020
With all the heat in the summer and carrying those heavy lehengas might be one of the
most difficult tasks. But gladly there are only 4 dates available in April and
those are: 14th, 15th, 25th & 26th
5. May 2020
With all the endless muhurats in May, it’s certainly gonna be a packed month for all the
wedding photographers, decorators, makeup artists, etc. So, make sure you book your
wedding vendors in advance. Dates available in May: 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 8th, 10th, 12th,
17th,18th, 19th, 23rd & 24th
6. June 2020
Most auspicious dates in June 2020: 9th, 13th, 14th, 15th, 25th, 26th & 28th
7. No wedding dates in July, August, September & October
Much like every year, these four months do not have any muhurats.
8. November 2020
After a gap of 4 long months, November has only 2 auspicious dates. Most auspicious
dates in November 2020: 25th & 30th
9. December 2020
December is one of the most cherished months to get married. December has only 5
dates so book your date fast. Most auspicious dates in December 2020: 1st, 7th, 8th, 9th & 11th
